Return Policy

At MIAR, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of quality for our luxury products. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges


Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, applicable only to ready-to-ship products.


Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  • Be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all attached cards (product card, price tag, care instructions).
  • Include the authenticity card, if provided.
  • Include any promotional gifts received with the order.
  • Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being rejected or the refund amount being reduced.


Bags & Shoes

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is brand new, with no signs of use or damage, including packaging.

Items with scratches, marks, or signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer


Return & Exchange Process

All returns and exchanges must be coordinated with our customer service team. Products will be collected from your delivery address and inspected for eligibility

Refunds are issued only for non-damaged products after approval of the return.

The refund does not include:

  • Shipping costs
  • Cash-on-delivery fees
  • Electronic payment fees
  • Bank or service charges


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued, including shipping, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable).


Gifted Products

Returns or exchanges of gifted items are only allowed by the original purchaser.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • Beauty & skincare products
  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Custom-made artwork
  • Special orders or products not ready for delivery
  • This is due to health and safety reasons and/or the personalized or unique nature of the products.


Custom-Made Artwork Policy

All artwork is handmade and customized for each client, making every product unique.Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in details or colors between the final artwork and website images are normal and not considered a defect.

Modifications can be requested during the creation process, but exact 100% replication of website images cannot be guaranteed.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a genuine defect affects the quality or usability of the product.

Normal artistic variations or minor differences do not qualify for return or exchange.


General Notes

Please preserve the product packaging, as damage may affect resale eligibility and return approval.

MIAR reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for customers with repeated return requests, without prejudice to any legal rights of the customer.
