At MIAR, we take pride in exceptional craftsmanship and long-lasting quality. To ensure peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty along with optional extended care plans.
Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
All MIAR products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in stitching or construction
- Defective zippers, locks, or hardware
- Structural or functional production faults
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, discoloration, fading, or cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by liquids, humidity, heat, or chemicals
- Exposure to personal products such as perfumes, makeup, creams, oils, sanitizers, or cleaners
- Misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to Request Service
- Provide proof of purchase (such as receipt, e-invoice, order number, or any document confirming the date and place of purchase)
- Contact MIAR Customer Care or visit an authorized service center

Resolution
MIAR will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product free of charge, or
- Replace it with the same or an equivalent item (subject to availability)

Paid repair and maintenance services are available.

Eligibility
MIAR Care plans are available for purchase at checkout to ensure full coverage from day one.
Plans cannot be added after the purchase is completed.
